En esta primera consulta exploraremos como sería interrogar a un paciente con diabetes. Intenta decir las frases después de escucharlas en inglés, ahora decirlas en español.
Este es un nuevo tipo de episodio que me sugirió una alumna. Por favor cuéntenme si les gusta o no, si les gustaría que se hiciera diferente etc.

Les dejo algunas de las frases utilizadas en este episodio:
- Hola, buenas tardes, por favor tome asiento.
- Cuénteme ¿por qué viene hoy a consulta/al médico?
- ¿Desde cuándo comenzó esta sensación de cansancio?
- Estoy viendo sus signos vitales y laboratorios y su glucosa está por arriba de 200, ¿Le han dicho algo sobre su glucosa antes?
- Vamos a tener que corroborar este laboratorio, pero primero le voy a seguir haciendo algunas preguntas más.
- ¿Hay otros problemas de salud en su familia? /Existen otros problemas en su familia
- ¿Ha sido hospitalizado alguna vez?
- ¿Lo han operado algún vez?
- ¿Alguna enfermedad que tenga, o que necesite tomar medicamento para algo?
- ¿Cómo son sus hábitos de alimentación?
- ¿Usted realiza algún tipo de ejercicio?
- ¿Le han puesto alguna vacuna últimamente?
- ¿Además de sentirse cansado, tendera algún otro síntoma?
-Bien ahora lo revisaré rápidamente para ver como está.
- Le dejaré aquí la bata, por favor retire su ropa.
- Voy a salir para que esté más cómodo, por favor avíseme cuando esté listo.
- Le voy a tocar la cabeza ¿está bien?
- Le duele aquí, o aquí, que tal acá.
- Si algo duele, molesta o se siente incómodo por favor hágamelo saber.
- Después de esta prueba rápida de laboratorio y todo lo que me ha dicho hoy, hay una probabilidad de que tenga diabetes.
- Voy a necesitar que se realize un estudio confirmatorio
- Para comenzar, vamos a cambiar algunos hábitos de alimentación
- Me gustaría verlo aquí en dos semanas ya con los resultados de laboratorio.

In this episode we are going to learn 【Season】in Chinese.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know alreay, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practise until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

一年有四个季节。
yì nián yǒu sì gè jì jié 。
There are four seasons in a year.
春天、夏天、秋天和冬天。
chūn tiān 、 xià tiān 、 qiū tiān hé dōng tiān 。
Spring, summer, autumn and winter.
三月、四月和五月是春天。
sān yuè 、 sì yuè hé wǔ yuè shì chūn tiān 。
March, April and May are spring.
六月、七月和八月是夏天。
liù yuè 、 qī yuè hé bā yuè shì xià tiān 。
June, July and August are summer.

Everyone can be a good language learner, but most people are not good language learners.

How to Be a Good Language Learner

At a Hollywood studio this October, Tesla unveiled its long-awaited robotaxi, though fans of the electric vehicle maker will have to wait until at least 2026 before it is available.

CEO Elon Musk pulled up to a stage in one of the company's "Cybercabs," telling the crowd that the AI-powered vehicles don't have steering wheels or pedals.

He also expressed confidence in the progress the company has made on autonomous driving technology that makes it possible for vehicles to drive without human intervention.

Tesla began selling the software, which is called "Full Self-Driving," nine years ago. But there are doubts about its reliability.

"We'll move from supervised Full Self-Driving to unsupervised Full Self-Driving, where you can fall asleep and wake up at your destination," he said.

Tesla expects the Cybercabs to cost under $30,000, Musk said. He estimated that the vehicles would become available "before 2027."

The company also expects to make the Full Self-Driving technology available on its popular Model 3 and Model Y vehicles in Texas and California next year.

However, shares of Tesla Inc fell not long after the unveiling — investors don't see a clear timeline for the rollout of the Cybercabs, while other companies are already using similar technology.

"Tesla yet again claimed it is a year or two away from actual automated driving — just as the company has been claiming for a decade," Bryant Walker Smith, a University of South Carolina law professor who studies automated vehicles, told The Associated Press.

Tesla's announcement comes as US safety regulators are investigating Full Self-Driving and Autopilot based on evidence that it has a weak system for making sure human drivers pay attention.

Last April near Seattle, a Tesla using Full Self-Driving hit and killed a motorcyclist, authorities said. The Tesla driver told authorities that he was using the system while looking at his phone when the car hit the motorcyclist from behind.
