我手臂和腿部的皮肤太干燥了。 

너 피부가 이렇게 좋은데 건조해졌다니?
你的皮肤这么好, 怎么说干燥呢? 

요즘 바빠서 샤워 후에 바디로션을 잘 안 발랐더니 피부가 건조해졌어.
最近因为太忙, 洗完澡后没抹身体乳, 所以皮肤变干燥了。

그랬구나. 샤워 후에는 바디로션을 바로 발라야 피부 보호층이 생겨. 
原来是这样啊。洗完澡一定要马上抹身体乳, 皮肤才会有保护层。
