Agente: Sale en 1 hora desde la terminal 12.
Daniela : Gracias. 

Agente: Hola. ¿Puedo ver su boleto y pasaporte, por favor?
Daniela : Aquí tiene. 
Agente: ¿Tiene algún equipaje que necesite facturar?
Daniela: Sí , tengo una maleta
Agente: El peso máximo permitido en el checkin es de 15kg. ¿Su  maleta pesa menos de 15 kg?
Daniela: Sí. Creo que sí.
Agente: Por favor, ponga su equipaje en la báscula.
Daniela: Aquí tiene ¡Oh! Pesa poco menos de 15 kg. Excelente.
Agente: Está bien. ¿Prefiere los asientos en el pasillo o cerca de la ventana?
Daniela: Mmm. Ventana por favor. Me gusta mirar las nubes mientras vuelo.
Agente: Fantástico.  Le he dado un asiento al lado de las alas para que también pueda tener espacio adicional para las piernas.
Daniela: Eso es muy amable de su parte. ¡Gracias! Yo realmente lo aprecio mucho.
Agente : ¡Un placer! Aquí está su tarjeta de embarque. ¡Que tenga un gran vuelo!
Agent: Hello. Good day. How can I help you?
Danielle: hello! I fly to Ecuador and my flight leaves in 1 hour. Could you tell me where I can do my check-in?
Agent: What is your flight number?
Daniela: IB231.
Agent: Departs in 1 hour from Terminal 12.
Danielle: Thank you.

Agent: Hello. May I see your ticket and passport please?
Daniela: Here you go.
Agent: Do you have any luggage that you need to check in?
Daniela: Yes, I have a suitcase
Agent: The maximum weight allowed at check-in is 15kg. Does your suitcase weigh less than 15 kg?
Daniela: Yes. I think so.
Agent: Please put your luggage on the scale.
Daniela: Here you go Oh! It weighs just under 15 kg. Excellent.
Agent: It's okay. Do you prefer seats in the aisle or near the window?
Danielle: Hmm. Window please. I like to watch the clouds while I fly.
