"فن اللامبالاة" هو أسلوبُ حَيَاةٍ يُشجع على التركيز على الأمور المهمة حقًا في الحياة وتجاهل التفاصيل التي لا تُضيف قيمة حقيقية.
يسعى هذا الفن إلى التخلص من القلق والتوتر الناجمين عن محاولة إرضاء الجميع أو السعي نحو الكمال.
يعتمد فن اللامبالاة على فكرة تقبل الحياة بما فيها من تحديات وصعوبات والتركيز على ما يمكن تغييره وتحسينه.
يعتبر هذا الفن وسيلة لتعزيز الصحة النفسية من خلال تقليل الضغوطات الاجتماعية والشخصية.
يشجع على فهم أن السعادة والرضا يأتيان من الداخل وليس من المحاولات المستمرة لتحقيق توقعات الآخرين.
