Today's grammar practice:
1) We've got everything for pancakes apart from eggs. We could use milk instead.
2) We have all the ingredients apart from butter. We could try using olive oil.
3) A YouTube video and a book about Wolfgang Mozart convinced me to buy the book A Treatise on the Fundamental Principles of Violin Playing by Leopold Mozart who is father of Wolfgang Mozart.
4) A book which I read on managing stress convinced me to be more positive und active.
5) One of my friends persuaded me to learn English.

The word "apart" is technically correct, but it would sound more natural to use "other than" or "besides."
