Yesterday I continued reading the book titled "Atomic Habits" and figured out something interesting. Goals and systems are very different. Goals are about the results you want to achieve, and systems are about the processes that lead to those results. Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress. Therefore, we can't achieve what we want if we only focus on our goals. Focusing on systems instead.

Almost perfect! Maybe it was just a typo. 'Focusing on systems' is not a sentence. If you want it to be a command it's just 'Focus on systems'.
