Is this sentence correct? Thanks!!
It is not merely a vague, dormant attempt to reflect our being (life) but an active aspiration to influence it and our society’s spiritual and moral development.

The sentence looks grammatically correct to me. However, I would double-check the meanings of "vague", "dormant", and "aspiration" to be sure those words mean what you intend. This use of "vague" and "dormant" together doesn't totally make sense to me. Also, "dormant" literally means sleeping, so it also means sleeping figuratively. And a "(figuratively) sleeping attempt at..." doesn't make sense. That's why I think there might be a problem. I'd check that word in particular.

Yes, the sentence is grammatically correct. It effectively communicates that the "attempt" being referred to is not passive or aimless, but rather an active desire to impact our lives and the development of our society's spirituality and morality.
