Particularly in winter I feel lazy, tired,and exhausted. In the summer I feel Quiet active but unfortunately on winter it is the opposite. Do experience that also?

Particularly in winter I feel lazy, tired,and exhausted. In summer I feel
very active but unfortunately on winter it is other way around. Do any of you have similar experience or feelings?
