Hello friends! I don’t speak English that well. I’ve just started learning the language
And first of all, I wish students are successful in their study, and I want to thank all the teachers who were really involved in the process and give us an opportunity to master our skills in languages
Here is the thing about Russian school, what I just want to share with you. This is a pointless thing. And my opinion will never change. The thing is the younger students of public schools, those little kids about 6-7 years, have to sit straight throughout the lesson. Of course they still have a very short finger gymnastics during the lesson
But who said that their study gets better if they can’t stand up or turn their heads around to look at the classmates? Why can’t they have even a day per week when all of the classmates can sit cozily on a carpet and learn the subject? This pointless rule to sit very straight doesn’t make kids more disciplined, but it make them more nervous and even sad about the class time. I’m sure they would learn faster, better and with more desire if not for this very old and serious rule-to only sit straight! Don’t move and look at the teacher only! Or you will get a punishment and you parents will know you don’t follow the school rule! That’s what I think.
