Recently, I became shorter. My weight history was as follows: When I was in grade seven, my weight was still about 45 kilograms. I rarely weighed myself until grade eight, I was extremely shocked to find that my weight was 55 kilograms!!! Maybe at that time I often ate dinner, then ate snacks, and went to sleep... I decided to change myself during the summer vacation! I followed some workout videos on my phone, and my weight dropped to 51 kilograms. When the summer vacation was over, I returned to school, my classmate thought I ate diet pills. Actually, I didn't believe in such things, and I knew nothing about them because I wasn't very fat. But I seemed to have eaten something similar. In grade seven, my classmate gave me a piece of candy. I didn't know it was for losing weight until I ate it, but I thought it was a normal candy. My classmate still hasn't changed. She was deceived out of her money when she tried to buy diet pills... My weight still remained at 53 kilograms until grade nine. But no matter how much I exercised during that period, my weight stayed the same. Suddenly, in grade ten my weight reached 56 kilograms. I was really shocked because during that summer vacation I didn't eat much. And the highest it reached was 58 kilograms, seriously I was very scared! Then I went running and skipped rope, and then my weight was stabilized at 55 kilograms. But no matter how intensively I exercise during that period, my weight remained same. Actually, it was also because I didn't control my diet... I found that my weight suddenly dropped to 52.5 kilograms until about ten days ago. But I thought maybe after a while, it would quickly return to 55 kilograms. However, I found that it remained at 52.5 kilograms. This reason was that I rarely ate and was a bit anorexic during the period...So I concluded that the key to losing weight was to eat less.

I realized it was also because I didn't control my diet... I found that my weight suddenly dropped to 52.5 kilograms until about ten days ago. But I thought that it would eventually quickly reach 55 kilograms again. However, I found that it remained at 52.5 kilograms. This reason was that I rarely ate and was a bit anorexic during the period...So I concluded that the key to losing weight was to eat less.
To become shorter means that your height decreased, not your weight. Be careful not to be too restrictive and starve yourself, diet is more a question of quality of what you eat rather than just quantity. From what I can see on your previous pictures you are not overweight so be careful not to become anorexic, these are serious issues that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
