not ''wu-tah' , but 'worter' without the 'r'
the 't' should be pronounced, unlike in US English ; however, it is common for people to use a 'glottal stop' and not pronounce the 'r', although this is usually considered 'lower-class' and not good English

I will give you three examples: the posh version, the low class inarticulate Epsom version, and the Boris Johnson version. All are someone asking for a bottle of water. :-)

In RP (Received Pronunciation) It's like saying War-tah but without the r at the end of war. This is the fastest example I can give.
