とっても自然な英語です。よく書けてますよ！「headhunt」より「recruit」のほうが自然だと思います。個人的にもし「headhunt」って聞いたら、人間狩りのことを考えさせる？かな。「recruit」を使ってる例文を作ってあげました。
→The company recruited me to fill their sales associate position.
→The designer recruited a famous model to wear his designs.
