"Without a second thought, she ran after the thief"
What other verbs can I use instead of "ran after" here ?
Could I say, "she dashed out after the thief" or "she rushed after the thief" ?
Thanks

Yea... You could use all this, they'll be grammatically correct but dramatic😅

She chased [or chased after] the thief is probably the best choice.
You could say she followed the thief or pursued the thief or even hunted down the thief.
