Neither answer is correct, and the question mark is incorrect at the end of a statement.
This would be OK:
I've done my work.
I've finished my work.
I'm done with my work. = I've had enough of it, I'm fed up with it, I don't want to do it any more.

Could you explain me why your question is structured with "I'm" instead of "am I"? And why you use "done"?
I think that this should be:
Am I finishing with my work? or have I done with me work?
If your way is fine, do you could explain me please?
