Do you ever read books on how languages are learned? Do you have a favourite?
My top three are:
The way of the linguist by Steve Kaufman
Babel No More: The Search for the World's Most Extraordinary Language Learners by Michael Erard
How languages are learned by Nina Spada and Patsy M. Lightbrown
What about you?

I don’t read any language acquisition books, in fact, I have my own method that works best for me personally. What I do is I use authentic textbooks by major publishers. You may not understand much at first but then you pick up natural language the way it’s used by native speakers.
