I know that the word "pesky" means something is annoyed.
Could I say:
1)Those pesky daily routines stuck in the rut.
2) The pesky rainy weather for three weeks broke my previous plan for traveling.
Any mistake let me know, thanks

Pesky is an unkind word.
There ere many synonymous to use.
Your speaking always should be polite.

You're using "pesky" correctly, but the rest of the sentences may need a change.
"Three weeks of pesky rainy weather ..." sounds much more natural.
"Those pesky daily routines have me stuck in a rut" makes more sense to me, but ensure it's saying what you mean.
Good luck!
