This graph demonstrates the transition of the number of Tokyo Disney Land guests and Universal Studio Japan guests from 2013 to 2016. The vertical axis on the left mean TDL and the one on the right mean USJ. The changes between two theme parks among 4 years are in contrast. TDL lost the guest, approximately 1.5 million people, while USJ got 3.5 million guests for 4 years. In this graph USJ took over TDL in 2014. USJ gained a lot of new customers year by year compared with TDL. The space of USJ isn’t huge, so, USJ should expand their space so that customers can experience as many attractions as possible.
