I'm from the US and I agree with all of these, except for "mad"/"insane" which has a very different meaning in the US than in the UK! In the US, "mad" means "angry" or "furious". "Insane" means "crazy" or "mentally ill" and is often a pejorative word. (Informally, "insane" could also mean "intense" or "unbelievable" but still has a slight pejorative tone.)

Sometimes it is a little bit hard to me understand when I have to use them. As I am a non-native english speaker, I have some problems with it.
