I want to ask whether Italki will pay back money if teacher cancel one class?

Yes, you need to inform them about the problem.

You won't get back the money as cash refund in your bank account. Italki doesn't do that.
You will, however, get the money back as credit in your italki wallet. You can then use it to book another lesson either with the same teacher or with another teacher.
