Thankfully, it's fairly easy and standard.
We pretty much read the numbers, generally grouped as hundreds. Unless it's an even hundred year increment, we usually dont say the 'hundred' or 'thousand' part. For years ending in 01-09 we say 'oh' before the last number. For years ending in 00, we just say it as whatever the first numbers are + hundred, or if it's an even thousand, then we say 'thousand.'
1904: nineteen oh-four
1887: eighteen eight-seven
1800: eighteen hundred
750: seven fifty
2000-2009: here we use thousand, so the year two thousand or the year two thousand and nine.
2010: twenty ten
2024: twenty twenty-four
