What do you think of this question?
We all language learners feel disappointed when the other native language speakers' behaviours offend you, will you hate their country? More or less, will such behaviour affect your opinons on their countries?
I think opinions are based on the experience and knowledge. That means you formulate ideas by what you learned and what you experienced. After this, the ideas consolidate emotions, and then the emotions build the ideas further. So I think we will love or hate other countries more or less due to their people's behaviours.

I think you’re right ; we make judgments about countries based on our experience of people from those countries with whom we come in to contact, perhaps a small number of people who are not typical of people from their country, so we should be careful about assuming that others are like them. For better or worse, I am far from typical of people from my country.

Almost right except for your conclusion which should be that: We love/hate due to our experiences and feelings/emotions, not due to others behaviours.
