Hey, can I say: My opinion on that jibes with hers.? Is there any difference between 'jibe with sth' and 'jive with sth'?

While a "jibe" is an insult, according to the Cambridge dictionary, "if one statement or opinion jibes with another, it is similar to it and matches it". A "jive" is a very fast dance that was popular a few decades ago. So, if you're "jiving with someone", I think it means that you're dancing together.
