I tend to hit a sack late in the evening. I usually have dinner at 9.00 p.m. Than I have a shower, brash my teeth and also brush my hair. I sometimes read a book or watch podcasts in English before 11.00 p.m. Unfortunately, I have a habit of the reading in the dark but I've tried to break this worth habit. After reading the book I go to bed.
