"I missed the bus" "I have missed the bus" There is no time mentioned like yesterday or anything so it's "I have missed.." Right ?

I would just say I missed the bus. With or without a time reference.

Present perfect tense in this sense is used when there is no time frame in the sentence. As soon as we use a time frame , for example, I missed the bus this morning/yesterday/ last night etc It automatically becomes past simple
