As funny as it may sound, but recently I ate shawarma. This dish first appeared in Damascus. The main ingredients of this dish are meat, vegetables, sauces. Then it is all wrapped in pita bread. Previously, shawarma was prepared only from veal and lamb. But now there is added and chicken and beef and pork. There are also various additives (for example, potatoes, onions and much more), sauces. Thus, every year shawarma gets a new taste and you can choose your favorite.

sauces. Thus, every year shawarma gets a new taste and you can choose your
favorite.
