I love to eat "Ajiaco Santafereño", which is a typical Colombian food. It is accompanied with capers, cream of milk, rice and avocado. The Ajiaco is a soup with different types of potatoes, a herb called "guasca", corn and shredded chicken. It's delicious, my favorite food in the world. What is your fav?
