Today is the fourth day I discipline myself to do must-do-things, such as: drink at least 2 glasses of water, smile, listen to music since I never listen to music intentionally, straight my back when sitting, clean up my room and such chores like that. It sounds tiny for an ordinary person but they are exactly what I challenge myself. I give myself points every day and the first two days, I just got everage points. I hope today, I will get more.
