2. encourage - to give someone the confidence to do something
3. motivate - to give a person a reason to do something, despite challenges
4. urge or impel - to insist that someone do something; similar to encourage, but with more force
5. provoke - to bring about, or to trigger someone to feel angry
6. exhort - to strongly encourage

Encourage in case person wants to start or at the middle of an action
Motivate at the middle of an action esp when is losing his hope
Urge and impel ; persuade insistingly
Exhort; strong encourage
Am I right?
