The train was quite crowded from this morning. I don't know why it's so crowded. Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in a week. I was satisfied because I lifted 60 kg of bench press. I want to be able to lift 70kg by the end of summer vacation. Today I will go to Costco when I finish my school. I'm looking forward to it！！

You can use BENCH PRESS, or BENCH for short as a verb.
