Accorrding to my experience, after working hard for many years, my colleagues who have the same age of me has been divided into two groups, one group consists of the leaders who are good at maintaining the relationship with different kinds of people and just like to manage the group, but don't belong to the workaholics. The other group has the most hardworking people who just like to work all the time and are afraid of social activities. As a result, people from the two different groups need to keep blance to make the unit runs well, the managers or leaders can't be always very strict to the people who work hard, they need to respect and praise them often. The workaholics also need to ask more benefits from the leaders to show their values. Character is the main factor to help a person to be a leader. people who are outgoing are easily to deal with the complex social relations. Though the introverted people can't change their character, they can improve their personalities with a lot of practices. they can also have good lead skills if they want to be a leader one day.
