Hi Snizhana - "Two hundred" sounds more natural. "I got two hundred dollars of credit for turning in my phone" "We had to fold two hundred newspapers for our volunteer day" I can't think of any English example where you'd say "two hundreds"!

"Two hundred" is a plural numeral Noun.they have using counting. Like - one , two, etc. Example - "Seven hundred types of plants" When counting is not available....like- "Thousands of people came". Then we make their plural form. But you must used "of" after that. And "two hundreds" are not correct word..
