Can I use theses interchangeably? I don't see any progress in our relationship. I don't see any improvement in our relationship. I don't see any development in our relationship.

The first two are good but the third sounds odd. "Development" sounds too technical a word. It can be used to describe relationships but it's a word you use more often for construction products, software production, and so forth. "Evolution" is a good alternative. When people speak about a relationship that is "developing", it usually refers to a brand new relationship where people are just becoming acquainted.

In these sentences, progress and development mean pretty much the same thing. So the first and third sentences both mean, "I don't see that our relationship is moving forward in a productive way." The second sentence, with the word improvement, also talks about how the relationship needs to move forward. However, it also says that the current state of the relationship is poor. Calling for improvement means things aren't going well. I hope that helps!

These are very similar, but there are some differences in the meanings. It depends on the context. (I know that is what people say about everything, but it is true, haha) Good luck!
