problems to do or doing?
Do you have any problems to buy / buying anything online?

I would go with: Do you have any problems (with) buying anything online. I would use 'to buy' in this situation: Would it be a problem for you to buy this online? - so more with a specific situation, and not in general like in the first sentence.

Hello. Sorry, I don't really understand your question. It seems like you're trying to ask someone "Do you have any problems buying anything online?", but I'm not exactly sure. If you write your question in Japanese, I think I can give you a better answer.
