Challenges can be a good practice to improve some skills in a short period of time, but this way doesn’t work for a long distance, I think. You divide your tasks and solve them intensive. But you can’t always work hard and after some times you start care more about conditions instead of a process or a result. It would be better to do your work in personal temp with effective using different parts of it.

Challenges can be a good practice to improve some skills in a short period of time, but this method does not work for long-term goals, I think. You divide your tasks and solve them intensively. However, you cannot always work hard, and after some time, you start to care more about conditions instead of the process or result. It would be better to do your work at a personal pace while effectively using different parts of it.
You have made some insightful observations about the nature of challenges and long-term goals. Your point about needing to balance hard work with maintaining focus on the process is well-articulated. Consider refining your expression by using more formal language and ensuring subject-verb agreement. Keep up the good work!
