I came across an article online about "the wrong diet that makes you age quickly" and I'd like to share it here. "Century of the lifespan" became the normal in this day and age. So, we have to deal with "age" for long time. We have a strong interest in health as we are getting old. That's why we need to update wrong information on our diet to prevent us from aging. It has been said that getting too much lipid increases bad cholesterol and leads to a high risk of becoming disease. However, refraining from lipid way too much is a bad thing for our health. It is said that Japanese food and a plain diet are a key for Japanese longevity. Whereas there is a research which the lifespan gets longer in the country where consumes a lot of meet. The elderly might want to be willing to eat meet because they have a tendency to be lacks of protein and nutrients. The recent research shows glycation and oxidation causes cells to age. On the flip side, the glucose by decomposing sugar is energy source for brain and muscles. So, lacks of sugar prevents brain from working well. That's why excess low-carb diet is so danger for the elderly. Cutting down on salt is also a wrong diet that makes us age quickly. The other research shows death rate is getting higher because of it. Eating between 10 and 15gram of salt per day is the best for longevity. I will turn 60 years old next year. So, this article is very useful for me.

It has been said that getting too many lipids increases bad cholesterol and leads to a high risk of getting a disease. However, refraining from lipids too much is bad for our health as well. You know need quotes for the article, unless is't the title, inwhich case you also need capitalization. Sorry - that got kind of complicated, so didn't do the whole thing.
