I went out for dinner with my mother, my friend and her mother. We enjoyed talking for six hours! I could focus so much on that I forget the passing of time. We had a very good time. I hope to see them again soon.

It sounds like you had fun! I changed one of your sentences a bit to a common saying in English to better describe what I think you were trying to say.
It’s not wrong to say that you were very focussed and then time flew by, but in this case I assume you were enjoying yourself and not focussing (like you would do when you work or study)
