Wednesday's idiom: Good gravy! - An exclamation of surprise. Example: Good gravy, you scared me! Incorporate it more into your daily spoken English practice to get it 'fixed' inside your mind more. And remember to have fun doing it :) Otherwise, what's the point of all of it? :) To Your Success! P.S. In England Gravy is a savoury sauce made from the meat juices that are left in the pan after roasting or frying. It's quite yummy and it goes with all sorts of dishes. Chicken, vegetables etc. but it can also be used to show exclamation! Weird English language :)
