Nowadays, the education system must allow to the students the opportunity to express their thoughts and their ideas. Teachers must build with their students a strong relationship based on confidence and respect, in this way, students will be comfortable to share with the educator the overcome problems in classroom 's lesson.

Nowadays, the education system (in the Uk) must give students the opportunity to
express their thoughts and their ideas. Teachers must build strong relationships with their students based on confidence and respect and, as a result, students
will be comfortable enough to share and to overcome problems in the classroom.
The general idea was there! I’ve just tried to polish it up a little bit :)
