The third one is the correct one. You could also say:
We have noodle bowls in various sizes.
We have bowls for noodles that come in different sizes.
And many more.

Number 3 is okay.... I would say we have various serving sizes.

#3 sounds the best to me, but I would put it even more simply as "we have have noodle bowls in all sizes"
