Can I use these two interchangeably? (No ill wishes, just learning English) I can't wait for him to die. I can't wait until he dies.

Yes. They have the same meaning. They also have two meanings: 1. I am looking forward to this death. 2. I need to do something and it is probably better to do it after he dies, but I need to do it sooner than that.
