Potato Galette
Directions
1. Peel the potato and julienne it.
2. Put the olive oil into a pan and spread
the potato julienned flatly and thinly in
the pan.
3. First both side until golden brown.
4. Put the cream cheese and the maple
syrup if desired.

Very good and also a simple recipe.
