A: Guys, at all costs, say no to her if she says that we will have the class at 2 pm. If everybody refuses, she will have no choice but to agree to have it at a different time.
B: yeah, exactly. Practically, we have no time. Not even a second. Though, she may want to conduct that so called " seminar" at a time that is inconvinient for all of us.

B: Yeah, exactly. We have practically no time. Not even a second to spare, even though she may want to conduct that so called " seminar" at a time that is inconvenient for all of us.
The line by A is perfect as written. The line by B sounded a little unnatural, all though it may be that I'm missing some context. As I understand, it "we" are short on time and so we don't want to take the class at 2pm. With more context, I could write B's line in a more natural way, I think.
