It rained all day today. I don’t feel very good* when it is rainy.

* 'well' is correct here, but is taken to mean that you are sick [unwell]; in colloquial language people will usually say 'I feel good' or 'I don't feel good'

It was rainy all day today. I don’t feel very well when it is a rainy day.

It's the rainy season in Japan now, isn't it? I know rainy days can be difficult, but they will pass soon, and then it will be summer! :) Stay positive!
