Despite the fact of him sometimes being rude.
He’s always been loved by his family.
Sometimes, he was rude with his family.
Even so the family has always loved him
Does it sound natural?

Yes both of these sound natural but you don’t need full stops. Put commas where the full stops are and they will be good sentences.
