I wish I knew the perfect recipe that I could eat all the time without having any issues. I wish I could go back in time when the food wasn't so contaminated as today and just eat it. The simplest the better. Right now, I eat semi-milled rice with vegetables and some protein, either chicken, beef, eggs, and the like. And olive oil, for sure. Happy meal!

I wish I knew the perfect recipe that I could make all the time without having any issues. I wish I could go back in time to when food wasn't so contaminated as it is today and just eat it. The simpler the better. Right now, I eat semi-milled rice with vegetables and a protein, either chicken, beef, eggs, and the like. And olive oil, for sure. Bon appetit!
