2. What is your home like?

I live in a rented apartment. It his two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a balcony. It isn't very large. It's about 80 square metres.

3. What advantages and disadvantages does your home have?

An advantage of my accommodation, is that it's located close to the city. The disadvantage is that it can be quite noisy.

4. Tell me about your family

I have a mother, a father and a younger sister. My mother is a teacher. My father is a bank manager and my sister is a high school student.

5. Tell me about your job

I am a software developer. I work for a big company called _____. My office is not far from my house.  Ive been working there for about three years now.

6. Do you dislike anything about your job?

I enjoy my job. However, sometimes my boss can be a bit annoying though!

7. What are your plans for the future?

I would like to improve my English and take the IELTS exam. I would like to achieve a band score of 7, so that I can work overseas.

8. Do you like reading?

I love to read. Unfortunately, because of my job, I don't have much time to read these days.

9. What do you enjoy reading the most?

I enjoy reading science fiction and mystery/thriller stories. I sometimes read non-fiction too.

10. Do you watch television?

I don't watch much TV anymore but I do watch videos and sitcoms on the internet. I also like going to the cinema.

11. Tell me about a film you've seen recently.

The last movie I watched was called Suicide Squad. I went to the cinema to see it and I watched it in English, with subtitles. It is based on the DC comic characters.

12. Do you have any pets?

I don't have any pets right now but I'd like to get a dog in the future. I used to have a small dog when I was a child. I had a hamster too.

13, What food do you like?

I love all different kinds of food. My favourite is rice with pork and vegetables. I really like pizza and Mexican food as well.

14. Do you like shopping?

Yes, I love shopping for bargains. Good quality clothes are quite cheap in my country. I go to my local markets every weekend with my friends.

15. What is your favourite celebration or festival?

The Chinese new year festival is probably my favourite. It is quite a long holiday. There are lots of fireworks and we eat lots of Jiaozi, which are Chinese dumplings. We celebrate with the whole family and local community.
