I live in Seoul, the capital city of South Korea and I'm looking for an english native speaker who is learning Korean. 

I have been learning English in passive ways, like reading books, watching TV shows, and listening Podcasts something like that.

Now that I'm terrible with speaking English, I've decided to change my approach. I think I need to speak English more often.
