I expect Russian podcasts from openlanguage.com to be good, since I have tried their English, Spanish and French podcasts and they were excellent.

I used http://masterrussian.com/ and http://www.russianlessons.net/. I doubt you could get fluent from these websites, but they give you a good backbone in the notorious Russian grammar.
