1. Yes, I have tried Japanese cuisine.
2. My favourite Japanese food is Ramen.
3. I have tried to make Avocado Maki Sushi before.
4. If I could learn Japanese cooking I would like to learn how to make really good vegetable ramen.
5. Most Japanese ingredients are difficult to get in my area, you have to go to a city to find them.
6. Only in small areas.
:D
Sure!
1. I did, and I think it was authentic.
2. It has to be ramen! I remember I checked out a cook book from the library (ISBN-13: 978-1607744467). The man who wrote the book has a restaurant in New York, and I went there and ate his Tokyo Shio Ramen! It had these ingredients: sea salts, dashi + chicken broth, pork belly, soft egg, enoki mushrooms, and rye noodles.
3. I never tried making Japanese dishes. I think ... it takes a long time to make them.
4. If I had a change to learn Japanese cooking, I would learn how to make soba first.
5 & 6. I don't really know because I haven't tried cooking Japanese foods.
