Dear friend I am pleased to tell u my speaking improvement strategy. U know, I had ur problem in speaking. So I made all my grammatical knowledge practical. I wrote a day ten simple to compound and complex sentences about myself. I read them and tried to utter them and simultaneously recording my voice. Then I listened to my voice. I could see how awful was my speaking. But gradually, it was developed. U can practice all four skills at once by doing this, I hope it work for u friend.

Hey Aman,

These skills take a long time to develop to a point that you can understand well enough to use the correct grammar in day-to-day sentences, especially when you're translating from one language into another.

For example, "Ce faci acolo" in Romanian literally translates to "What you do there?" However, in English, this would be used only when we're suspicious of someone's actions, and is better said, "What are you up to?" or "What are you doing?"

Often times, grammatical mistakes come from translating literally.

Your knowledge of grammar pertains to a part of your rationality in my your mind but that has not become a part of linguistic logic in the speaking and listening, accordingly, you have to arrange a couple of learning activities in listening and speaking to integrate these  grammar knowledge.  Unless useful practice, you have no way to use your grammar fluently in your speaking and listening.
